Legal Background
Maryland voters passed Question 4 in November 2022, with adult-use sales beginning July 1, 2023. Adults 21+ can possess up to 1.5 oz and cultivate up to 2 plants at home. The Maryland Cannabis Administration oversees the market. Consumption is prohibited in public spaces and vehicles.
