Montpelier is America's smallest state capital and has very limited cannabis retail. Burlington is only 45 minutes away.
Brattleboro is in southern Vermont near the Massachusetts border. A couple of dispensaries serve locals and cross-border visitors. Massachusetts has a more developed market but Vermont's legal craft cannabis has its own appeal.
